Developing a game in Japan is one common dream to many young and old involved in the industry, but how difficult it actually is to achieve?
There is a small and yet challenging indie  adventure about to be released on Steam this upcoming December 11th called ‘Torto: Cursed Divine’, where we take the role of an oddly cute little raccoon that has to fight the Gods of an island in order to get his ship to fly and scape.
This game does not only require precision and timing when using your powers to move through the island, but there are temples full of puzzles and tricky boss fights that kept streamers around the world scratching their heads and even raging at the difficulty.


Climbing Mechanics: You have different moves that allow you to go forward, the main being a
dash that consumes when in the air and reloads once you are grounded. A sword s
lash that
propels you forward but locks other moves once performed, wall jumps and hanging from
elements in the map. You need to use them wisely to get to new locations.
Upgrades and power ups: As you explore or you complete puzzles, there are certain item
s that will
give you extra dashes or will expand your maximum health and bullet damage. Upgrading Torto
will motivate you to explore the island, especially if you find a challenge too difficult to complete.
