The mobile sports game Boxing Star marks its 2-Year Anniversary with new content updates and events.

A new Story Mode unveils Champion Joe King and his mysterious plot, and players are asked to stop his evil plan by challenging him to a match.

The update introduces a new Omega Gear set, which is specialized for defending against an opponent’s MegaPunch by canceling their Skill Damage. Gloves can be either purchased in the game store’s catalog or awarded by opening Reward Packages.

Alongside this new gear set, Boxing Star’s 2-Year anniversary Mission Event was also announced today, with heaps of in-game items revealed as rewards. 

Those who complete Missions such as Gym Training and other in-game missions can get their hands on Mission Points, which players can exchange for in-game items.

Just by simply accessing the game daily, players are rewarded with tons of in-game items, with daily rewards including Gym Points, Gold, and Omega Boxes up for grabs. On top of that, players can grab special anniversary character costumes by accessing the game.

Developed by 4:33, Boxing Star features an immersive story and interactive gameplay in which players fight through multiple tournaments. Boxing Star has proven to be a popular title in the two years that it has been available. It has racked up over 30 million downloads on Google Play.
