Wired Mode

Bluetooth Wireless Mode

To pair the headset to a Bluetooth device, remove the detachable mic and headset cable. Hold down the power button for 5 seconds, until the LED indicator flashes red and blue. On the Bluetooth-enabled device, search for “HyperX Cloud MIX”, and then connect to it. Once the MIX has been paired, the LED will flash blue to indicate that it is paired and in Bluetooth Mode. The onboard controls and built-in mic for Bluetooth mode can now be used.

Adjust headset volume by using the controls on the right earcup. To pause media, press the multifunction button once. Press it again to resume playing. Double-tap the multifunction button to skip to the next track. If your headset is paired to a phone, press the multifunction button to answer incoming calls. Cloud MIX has an internal mic that is used when Bluetooth mode is active. To activate a virtual assistant on a paired Bluetooth device, simply hold down the multifunction button and your virtual assistant will activate.
