MEGAFANS, the premier Mobile Esports Games and Fantasy Sports platform of the future announces, after publishing 16 mobile games on the App Store and Google Play it’s first year, the company has developed its first esports tournament prototype for mobile games, where players can compete for tokenized prizes from their mobile devices anywhere in the world.
Testing began on Megafans’ non-tournament games to measure baseline downloads and retention in Q1 2018. The data sample from the baseline tests will be compared to the new game versions that enable players to compete in simple, timed tournaments for tokenized prizes.
Megafans CEO, Jeff Donnelley said, “The digital games market already knows that competitive esports for prize pools is an emerging growth market so, offering that type of product on every mobile device in the world with tokenized prizes and exploiting this growth channel is an amazing opportunity. We are glad to be the first platform to figure this out in a unique way.”
Megafans is unique in that they offer mobile tournaments for prizes and will also hold streaming and destination location events, combining multiple forms of digital gaming. Megafans is the first mobile esports platform to integrate daily fantasy sports into their business model, creating a cross platform experience for gamers and observers.
Megafans’ platform will utilize US Dollars, Euros and blockchain crypto currencies for security and to circumvent other international FIAT currency issues that are currently slowing mobile ecommerce growth globally.
A real time market feedback loop will be utilized to iterate and complete the full Beta version of the new Megafans tournament platform, to be delivered in Q1, 2019 and published for global market rollout. Much like Salesforce did for CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Megafans is building the first model for “GRM,” or Gamer Relationship Management, which the company trademarked.
Jeff Donnelley stated, “We understand that our customers, gamers and developers alike, are the core of the mobile game industry, so we will be gamer centric in every aspect of this business, listening and reacting to our players and partners.”
Megafans is currently entertaining partnerships with multiple game developers, studios and fintech solution providers, projecting hyper growth in line with the mobile gaming industry, which is projected to exceed $72 billion in revenues by 2020.
