T-Mobile hires Lewandowski-tied firm for advice on Sprint merger
T-Mobile hires Lewandowski As it seeks after an extreme administrative street in attempting to converge with Sprint (S - 0.3%), T-Mobile (TMUS - 0.5%) has enlisted a firm fixing to previous Trump battle chief Corey Lewandowski for counsel.
T he organization has employed Turnberry Solutions for "viewpoint" on an assortment of themes including the proposed merger, and says Lewandowski is presently partnered with that firm.
Turnberry was established a year ago by two close Lewandowski partners; Lewandowski had beforehand denied any association with the firm.
Campaigning firms are required to enroll new customers inside 45 days. Turnberry's agreement with T-Mobile began Aug. 1, however it didn't enroll its work until Jan. 23, The Wall Street Journal notes.

T-Mobile US agreed in April to buy Sprint in an $26 billion, all-stock deal that will combine the third and fourth largest U.S. wireless carriers.
T-Mobile added that Lewandowski “is now affiliated with (Turnberry) and they have offered perspective to T-Mobile on a variety of topics, including the pending transaction.”
According to lobbying disclosure forms filed with the U.S. Senate on April 20, Turnberry said it was providing “guidance and counsel on telecommunication issues” and had lobbied White House staff, among other agencies.
