Klout Plans Shut Down  Klout, one of the buzziest tech new companies around 2011, declared on Twitter on Thursday that it was closing the eponymous administration down.

Klout was established in 2009 by Joe Fernandez, mostly as an approach to land a position at Twitter

In the end, it was sold in 2014 for $200 million to Lithium Technologies, which is the organization that is closing down the administration in the not so distant future. Lithium is a privately owned business that makes advanced promoting devices.
