Gmunden, Austria – Independent developer, Yauheni Hrynchyk today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of Fitolog PRO 3.1.4, an important feature update to his popular all-in-one fitness tracking app for iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch devices. Fitolog PRO offers anyone the ability to track all types of fitness activities. The app logs all exercise, and then displays informative graphs to aid the user in analyzing their progress and performance.
Fitolog PRO is the perfect gym companion, offering three categories of exercises: Weightlifting, Cardio, and Bodyweight. With 58 basic types of weightlifting exercises, 8 basic types of Cardio, and 15 types of Bodyweight exercises, Fitolog PRO tracks and analyzes almost any type of exercise. If it doesn’t track a user’s favorite exercise, they can easily add it.
“The lack of an ability to view actual progress after exercising is one reason many people never reach their fitness goals. They become discouraged due to a lack of visible progress,” says Fitolog PRO developer Yauheni Hrynchyk. “But my app offers them a quick and easy way to track their progress and see where they need to work harder!”
Fitolog PRO’s user-friendly Log Wizard feature helps users track their exercise progress without going through a complex entry process. Users can track different types of exercise on different days, while the app’s Day Workout Split feature keeps them on track with the right workout on the right day of the week. The app combines the appropriate data for various exercises like weight and repetitions for weightlifting, or time and distance for cardio exercises like running and walking.
* 58 basic weightlifting exercises
* 8 basic cardio exercises
* 15 basic bodyweight exercises
* Ability to add custom exercises
* Log and graph workout history for up to 6 months
* Log Wizard makes exercise logging easy
* Day Workout Split feature proposes the right workout on the right day
* Apple Watch owners can log and track exercises directly on their device
* Location Services allow tracking of cardio exercises on a map
Fitolog PRO’s convenient graphing features make it easy to see where a user needs to work harder. When the graph shows workout data highlighted in red, it indicates that users need to push themselves harder, such as increasing weight or repetitions for weightlifters.
While the app’s Location Services-based feature can easily track not only the time and distance of cardio exercises, it can also record a user’s route and display it on a map. If Location Services are disabled, or for some reason are not available, the app makes use of the iPhone’s built-in accelerometer to detect the user’s motion. The feature makes it perfect for use with elliptical machines, steppers, and treadmills.
What’s New in Version 3.1.4:
* Bug fixes and stability improvements
* Adds the ability to play music during workouts
